Josh Rubin, Esq.

Josh Rubin is a native of Buffalo and graduate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where his focus was litigation, trial practice, and alternative dispute resolution; he was also senior editor of the Environmental Law Journal. While in law school, he worked for the Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Attorney General's Office, where he assisted in resolving disputes between consumers and businesses. Since returning to the area in 2002, his practice has primarily involved all aspects of tort law, a significant part of which has involved trial and appellate practice. He attended and completed a course in Trial practice in Stanford, California, and has tried over thirty-five cases in various New York courts.

Mr. Rubin went to college at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, where he was a political science major and double-minor in English in fiction writing. He was on Dean's list from 1995-1999 and was awarded the distinction of Scholar Athlete from 1995-1999. Mr. Rubin played intercollegiate baseball during his four years of college for a top 20 NCAA ranked Division III team, saw his way to the College World Series in 1996, 1997, and 1999, was selected to the North Coast Athletic Conference All-Conference Team and College's Baseball's Team America in 1997, and was designated as a Division III "Pitcher to Watch" in 1999. He joins the firm after working as personal injury trial counsel for the previous 6 years.
