Our Attorneys

Willard M. Pottle, Jr. is a graduate of Hamilton College and the Cornell University School of Law. Mr. Pottle is admitted to practice law in both New York and Florida.

Mr. Pottle has practiced law in Western New York for over forty years. He has been instrumental in successfully resolving several significant cases including a landmark class action suit against the No-Fault insurance industry. Mr. Pottle has focused much of his career on civil rights by representing victims of age, gender and racial discrimination.

A member of both the New York State Bar and the State of Florida Bar, Mr. Pottle has lectured on numerous subjects, including his experiences with class action lawsuits. Mr. Pottle is a member of the Federal Practice Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County.
