Willard M. Pottle, Jr. Willard M. Pottle, Jr., graduated from Hamilton College in 1961. Mr. Pottle graduated from Cornell University School of Law in 1964. Mr. Pottle is admitted to practice law in both New York and Florida. Mr. Pottle has practiced law in Western New York since 1965. He has been instrumental in successfully resolving several significant cases including a landmark class action suit against the No-Fault insurance industry. Mr. Pottle has focused much of his career on civil rights by representing victims of age, gender, and racial discrimination. A member of both the New York State Bar and the State of Florida Bar, Mr. Pottle has lectured on numerous subjects, including his experiences with class actions.
